Cap Space Salaries

Every Tuesday, once Monday night's stats are in, each player gets a new price from how he's played this season: 70% his points per game, 30% his points per game in his last 3 games. Players with fewer than 4 games start closer to the bottom and climb as they prove it.

Value: projected points for every $1M of salary. High value is how you fit stars under the cap: find the cheap players who'll still score.

Projected points (Proj): mostly his points per game this season (with a little weight on his last 3 games), pulled slightly toward a typical starter at his position, then nudged by the matchup: the more points his opponent gives up to his position, the higher it goes, 30% at most. Matchups count most for quarterbacks, kickers, and defenses; that's what held up when we tested it on the 2025 season. A defense's matchup is how many points defenses score against the offense it's facing. A player on a bye, ruled Out, or on IR projects 0.

How to play Cap Space: the roster, contracts, and the full scoring table.

Prices run from $2.0M to $10.0M. A price is set once a week and doesn't move until the next Tuesday.

Scoring: full PPR. 1 point per catch, 1 per 10 rushing or receiving yards, 1 per 25 passing yards, 6 per rushing or receiving TD, 4 per passing TD, -2 per interception or lost fumble. Kickers and defenses use standard scoring.
