NFL Playoff Bracket Challenge 2026-27

Pick all 13 NFL playoff games, from the Wild Card round to the Super Bowl. The Sim fills out a bracket too. Free, and 5 Hizzle Score for every point you score, plus 25 for beating the Sim.

The bracket opens once the playoff field is set, after Week 18 (Jan 10).

Then you have until the first Wild Card kickoff to fill it out. Your to-do list will remind you.

How the playoff bracket challenge works

  • Pick a winner for all 13 playoff games: 6 Wild Card games, 4 Divisional games, the AFC and NFC Championships, and the Super Bowl. Straight up, no spread.
  • Points: 1 for each Wild Card winner, 2 for each Divisional winner, 4 for each conference champion, and 8 for the Super Bowl winner. 30 is perfect. A pick scores when that team wins its game in that round, whoever it ends up playing.
  • The bracket reseeds like the NFL: the 1 seed gets a bye, then hosts the lowest seed left in the Divisional round. So your later games follow your own picks.
  • Tiebreaker: total points in the Super Bowl. Closest wins.
  • It locks at the first Wild Card kickoff. Change it as often as you like before then. Everyone's brackets show after the lock.
  • Beat the Sim: the Sim fills out a bracket at the lock, from the same ratings that make its weekly picks. Its picks stay sealed until each round kicks off.
  • Hizzle Score: 5 for every bracket point (150 for a perfect bracket), plus 25 if you finish ahead of the Sim. It's free: no entry fee and no prizes.
