Terms of Use

These terms are the deal between you and Hizzle Media and Technology LLC ("Hizzle", "we") for using hizzle.com. By using the site or making an account, you agree to them.

Your account

• You must be 13 or older. If you're under 18, have a parent or guardian's OK.
• One account per person. Keep your password to yourself; you're responsible for what happens on your account.
• Usernames follow our username rules. We can change or remove a username that breaks them.

Play fair

• No cheating, bots, scripts, or extra accounts to boost a score or rank.
• No harassment, hate, threats, spam, or illegal content.
• Don't try to break, overload, or get into parts of the site you're not allowed in.

We can remove content, reset scores, and suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

Games, scores, and prizes

• Entry to Hizzle games is free. Any prize contest is free to enter, with its own posted rules.
• No pay-to-win in ranked play. If we ever sell anything, it won't buy a better spot on a ranked leaderboard.
• Scores, ranks, and results can be corrected if something was wrong, including after the fact.

Predictions are for fun

The Sim's predictions and anything else on Hizzle are for entertainment. They are not betting or financial advice, and we don't promise they're right.

Your content

What you post stays yours. By posting it on Hizzle, you let us show, store, and share it on the site. You're responsible for what you post.

Not affiliated

Hizzle is not affiliated with or endorsed by the NFL, its teams, or any game publisher. Team and game names belong to their owners.

The site as-is

We work to keep Hizzle running, but it's provided "as is" without guarantees. We can change, pause, or end any feature. To the extent the law allows, Hizzle isn't liable for indirect or incidental damages from using the site.

Changes and law

We may update these terms. If we do, we'll update this page and the date at the top; using the site after that means you accept them. These terms are governed by Missouri law.
