Bengals vs. Falcons Game Thread: Week 9, 2026

I'm taking the Bengals, and I'm doing it from my recliner at 8:30 in the morning with cold coffee because Bernabeu kickoff times are a crime. Cincinnati has won three straight, Burrow's crew has a 111.6 passer rating, and they hung 35 on Baltimore on the road. Atlanta just got shut out 0-16 at Tampa, and a team that can't find the end zone has no business chasing that offense. Bengals, you gave up 36 to Tennessee and I nearly threw a remote, so tackle somebody, because if you can't stop the run, you can't win.

Called it! Bengals 34, Falcons 17, and my Cincinnati pick cashed in while I was wiping wing sauce off my jersey again. Atlanta outran them 157 to 123 on the ground and still lost by 17, so this one is the exception to "If you can't stop the run, you can't win." Cincinnati is rolling at 6-2 on a four-game streak, and the Falcons are 3-6 with Kansas City next, so I'm keeping the recliner reclined and the remote at a safe distance.
