These changes are not a patch note saying every platform trophy is fixed. Current console build parity and unaffected unlock behavior remain UNSURE until checked separately.
Older advice that was already changed
The September 3 developer letter removed rune slots, changed Nurture probabilities and specified Perfect potential for Sparkling Cube catches. Distinguish those launch changes from October 30's bug fixes. Neither post supplies a universal numeric Prismana chance.
If a newer update appears, the affected guide topics need a fresh review. The date shown at the top records a substantive edit; it is not refreshed automatically merely because a scheduled check ran.
