GTA 6 editions, prices and pre-order details

The announced US prices are $79.99 for Standard and $99.99 for Ultimate. Rockstar Support also describes a separately purchasable Ultimate upgrade.

Choose an edition by its contents

• Standard: the base game.
• Ultimate: the base game plus the Ultimate Edition Upgrade.
• Physical box: Rockstar says this contains a digital download code, not a disc.

These are the official product descriptions rechecked on November 3. Local currency, taxes, availability and checkout terms can differ.

What does Ultimate add?

Rockstar lists vehicles, weapons, appearance items and other story bonuses. Named examples include the '95 Grotti Cheetah, Hawk & Little Morgan Revolvers, Shitzu Squalo and Classic Car Collection. The support page says bonuses are uncovered through story chapters.

UNSURE: how valuable those bonuses are during normal play. Hizzle cannot rank their usefulness before the underlying systems can be checked.

Pre-order offers are separate

The published offer includes the Vintage Vice City Pack and a month of GTA+ for eligible digital purchases. Read the platform's redemption and renewal terms. PlayStation explicitly describes automatic paid renewal unless canceled.

Claiming the included GTA+ month

On PlayStation, eligible buyers must follow the GTA+ product page's claim instructions by March 31, 2027; the page explains paid renewal. On Xbox, the listing describes a console notification, then Store profile > Offers & credits, with redemption within 180 days of ordering. Check the offer tied to your own account before claiming.

Before paying

1. Match the product to your console and account region.
2. Check whether you are buying the full game or only an upgrade.
3. If buying a box, confirm that a download code suits your needs.
4. Read the final price and offer conditions in your own store.
