Aniimo Alpha Annihilator achievement needs five Alpha/Omega defeats. Build a list of accessible bosses and check the counter after wins. Five successful captures are not the stated requirement.

Five early candidates

Target Region Route note
Alpha Turbo Nimbus Fields Two-Nimbi floating-phase route.
Alpha Irisal Sea of Flowers The roadmap encounters it during Fragrant Colors.
Alpha Stellarys Forest of Falling Stars Check the Alpha marker, not a normal wild Stellarys.
Alpha Scorchhowl Beast Fang Ridge Read its current encounter level before committing.
Alpha Glynsera Beast Fang Ridge October 30 fixes its unintended battle-long Super Armor.

This is an editorial checklist of published targets, not a benchmarked fastest loop. Your progression and party determine the sensible next fight. An available Omega fits the other named category; none is mandatory merely because the checklist lists Alphas.

Note your count before a fight. After the victory result, check for an increment and log the boss. Keep captures, spending and reward claims in separate columns. Without a visible counter, record completed fights rather than assumed credit.

Single source: broad roadmaps agree, but independent current observations of repeats, guest credit, reward claims and synchronization remain missing. Do not spend resources on repeated fights without checking what registered. No in-game testing or numeric time/difficulty promise.
