Aniimo Alpha Turbo: defeat it, then successfully catch and claim your first Alpha for You’re Gonna Need a Bigger Aniipod. The official award requires obtaining an Alpha; victory alone is a different result.
Bring the floating boss down
Chasing the Clouds leads to Alpha Turbo in Nimbus Fields. The fight guide identifies Wind, with Lightning or Light counters. Aniimo best early team: build around your starter helps retain support alongside damage.
- Dodge sideways out of the marked straight charge and frontal wind cone.
- When Turbo floats and becomes protected, stop spending attacks on its shield.
- Position a Nimbi in its charge path, then dodge. Get two Nimbi stuck to it to bring it down.
- Resume the fight during the opening. GameWith additionally describes hitting the attached Nimbi for a Counter opportunity; follow the current prompts.
- On victory, inspect the capture panel and finish a successful catch/claim. Confirm the Alpha in your collection, then inspect the achievement.
Check the price before committing
GameWith's Turbo screen shows 30 Primegy plus the chosen Aniipod. That is a dated Single source observation, not a universal price or a confirmed free-story exception. Read the live cost and chance. The client-data guide warns of one post-defeat Alpha capture opportunity; prepare before the fight. Hizzle has no universal guaranteed-pod or retry rule.
Single source: full award timing and independence of achievement observations remain unresolved. No in-game testing or guaranteed catch rate. Aniimo Alpha Annihilator: defeat 5 Alpha or Omega and Aniimo Alpha Predator: track 20 boss defeats concern defeats instead.
