ARC Raiders Emperor Modulator: use and source

The ARC Raiders Emperor Modulator is listed as a Fallen Emperor component used for Gunsmith progression. Keep a needed one until you have checked your upgrade panel; it is not the Research Station's Frigate Inductor.

What is established?

The community item reference identifies the Fallen Emperor as its source and the Gunsmith as its use. Single source: that item-level mapping is not a fully verified step-by-step dungeon route. We do not publish an invented guaranteed chest, fixed timer or Modulator recipe.

Embark's 2.3 notice says higher-tier Emperor loot was moved farther inside. It also reduced the Emperor Key blueprint chance from Redirection pods. A key blueprint, a crafted key and the Modulator are separate objects. Finding one does not mean you already possess the other two.

Before committing to a run

Check what your account actually lacks: entry access, a blueprint, the component or another Gunsmith material. Pack for that objective. If a guide points you to an entrance container as a guaranteed endgame reward, check whether it predates October 27.
