The reported route

1. Defeat the Hunt. Use his Phantom Edge to retrieve the Sha-Chi Tower Base Camp Gate key from the tower top.
2. Collect the Inspection Crank from the hostile Warden below the summit. After using it at the furnace, remove it and keep it for this route.
3. At Creek Valley Plains Entrance, unlock the camp door and find the elevator toward Crimson Manor.
4. Take the passage on the elevator's right and continue to Valley Sha-Chi Tower Base.
5. Use the crank at the nearby socket mechanism to reveal Reflex Device.

The digest distinguishes this from the later chest guarded by two Shadow Wardens, which it assigns to Vessel Restorative. Reflex Device is not described as a direct Hunt drop.

What does it do?

The unpolished effect is a 15% wider Parry and Perfect Dodge timing window. Published polish entries give 20% at +1 and 25% at +2. These are relative timing-window changes, not automatic success rates or a promise of a particular number of milliseconds.

The standalone Inspection Crank pickup now has two named authored walkthroughs: defeat the hostile Warden below the summit, use the furnace, then remove the crank before leaving.
