ARC Raiders Death From Above requires 50 damage to an enemy while atop a living Rocketeer. Verified basic route: independent methods agree on boarding the live enemy and attacking while aboard, with relevant historical and current patches checked.

The old corpse trick is patched

The official April 28, 2026, 1.26.0 notice removed completion from destroyed Rocketeer parts. An older video or January report showing that shortcut does not establish a current method. Shooting while standing on scrap is not this guide's route.

Current researched approach

Published methods describe temporarily grounding/stunning a live Rocketeer to climb on, or reaching it from elevation. They then deal damage while actually on top. The Rocketeer itself can be the target in the published route; a separate Raider kill is not required by the Steam description.

Hizzle suggests attempting this with equipment you can replace and a plan for being thrown off. Do not assume that an arbitrary nearby roof, a particular grapple shot or a fixed number of melee swings will always work.

UNSURE: every current boarding surface, exact stun duration, fall outcome and console trigger. The latest grapple notice still has a bounce issue, so a movement gadget is not guaranteed fall protection. Online play is required; no fixed time or numerical difficulty is established. We checked sources without playing the game.
