Phantom Blade Zero The Four Freed trophy requires defeating Yuzan, Yubi, Yuding and Yucong. The early Aberrant Three-Faced Puppet fight starts a longer tale; it does not replace the late Yucong victory. Single source complete trophy route: the overall checklist has cross-checks, but the full four-fight method has not been independently verified end to end.

Phantom Blade Zero Sword Against the Seven-Stars explains the Training Grounds Key on the encampment route. Do not use Yuding's estate Bell as a shortcut instruction for finding Yubi in another region.

Complete the two-visit Triple Threat route

Enter the Rift beside The Lady's Rift and defeat the Aberrant Three-Faced Puppet when prepared. The published reward is Three-Headed Doll. An early unavailable tracking marker is described by the quest reference as expected progression, not proof of a bug.
Progress to Mirage Estate and collect the puppet's three Memory Flowers. The regional route places The Wandering Healer east of Yuding's arena, Frost and Chaos near Mourning Hall, and Three Souls as One at Leng Tu's Study.
Prepare Blazing Edge, the Soul Tempered Sanguine Reach. The quest reference names the restored Flaming Grip, assembled from Scorching Flames and The Quenched Flaming Grip. Phantom Blade Zero Soul Tempering: how it works covers the service and fee; do not confuse a fragment with the restored material.
Return through frozen Mirrorwood toward Threadbound Great Tree. Follow the current tale objective and keep Blazing Edge equipped for the encounter.
Defeat Yucong, No. 34 Twisted Puppet, then check The Four Freed against the other three victories.

ShowGamer advises maintaining pressure between defended attacks and spending the guard-break opening on damage. Hizzle's suggested practice is to shorten your punish if the next mask or attack starts before your current combo ends. That is a learning exercise, not a tested rotation or a guaranteed easiest build.

Protect the separate tempering reward

ObsiEez explicitly warns to use Blazing Edge for Yucong's defeat to protect the Chaos Iron Fragment II reward used toward Chaos Twin Daggers. The trophy's own condition only names four defeated puppets. We do not silently turn an extra material condition into a requirement for every earlier puppet fight.

UNSURE: the exact equipment check, final-hit rule and recovery after missing that material are not independently established here. Follow the conservative equipped-and-used plan and preserve a return save. Collect Freezing Chaos after the rematch; it is a reward, not equipment to obtain before its own boss.
