Phantom Blade Zero Three Wardens Fall trophy requires defeating Cavalrybane, Soulclaimer and Heartpiercer. Follow their distinct story encounters, ending at White Serpent House. Single source complete route: the regional checklist is supported, but independent complete combat methods for all three are not established.

Count these three encounters

Hizzle's suggested checklist is to mark each named story encounter separately. A Banyan rematch or a later summoned copy is not evidence that the corresponding original encounter was recorded. Do not substitute Blaze, Shadow Warden Captain for one of the three names in the requirement.

Open White Serpent House

The Meigu regional route directs you to collect the Loong Emblem through the other Serpent Houses, open the White Serpent House door and defeat Heartpiercer. Use Phantom Blade Zero Lion's Spirit Lives On trophy for the repaired Flaming Mane that opens bramble routes, then follow the Serpent House objectives. The trophy does not ask you to kill an unnamed fourth Warden after Heartpiercer.

After Heartpiercer, collect White Serpent Eye from the building's table. Receiving the weapon does not replace this separate Phantom Blade Zero how to get the true ending pickup.

Equipment advice is optional

The first-person Insider Gaming account uses Reflex Device +2 and Outlaw Warblade for Cavalrybane. These are preferences, not minimum trophy requirements. Hizzle's practice suggestion: use a shorter punish if a Warden's next attack catches your recovery. Preserve the defensive resource for the next exchange instead of spending it all because the previous sequence looked familiar. Exact difficulty-specific strings and controller timing remain UNSURE here; no parry-only, no-hit or fixed-speed clear is claimed.

After the third kill

Check the PS5 trophy list or Steam achievements. If it has not appeared, compare the three names to your route notes before assuming a bug or repeatedly farming a trial. We have no checked unlock-failure workaround for this trophy, and do not label it Reported bugged without evidence.
