WARDOGS best budget loadout: start with the default-unlocked AK74, compatible ammunition and the essentials for your chosen job. Keep a replacement reserve. The price example below is a partial shopping basket, not a complete ready-to-deploy kit.

Four published Season 2 vendor prices

Item Published price Why consider it?
AK74 $800 An affordable starting rifle; its unlock became the Assault default.
Field Resuscitator $425 A way to support a downed teammate.
Binoculars $180 An observation tool for a spotting role.
Basic Parachute $500 Relevant when your transport plan requires it.

Hizzle calculation: $800 + $425 + $180 + $500 = $1,905. This excludes ammunition, magazines, bandages, storage, armor, attachments and transport. It is not a claim that everybody needs all four items on every trip. Prices are the official 0.2.0 list before any applicable discount; check your vendor.

Finish the kit before deploying

  1. Confirm the rifle and purchased ammunition actually match. A weapon purchase is not proof the reserve supply is sufficient.
  2. Add the healing, storage and protection you can afford for the task. Inspect weight and space rather than filling every slot automatically.
  3. Check your route. A seat in somebody else's aircraft and buying your own vehicle have different costs.
  4. Keep cash for another modest attempt. Hizzle's budgeting suggestion: reserve two comparable replacement kits while learning. That is our planning rule, not a game requirement.

The official Rebuy Last Loadout change lets you review and edit the previous basket before purchase. Remove obsolete or expensive pieces before confirming; do not assume it is a library of saved custom presets.

The Basic Parachute changed behavior as well as price. The official notes warn against very late opening; WARDOGS how to fly helicopter: practice route covers preparation. WARDOGS how to make money: costs and jobs explains how to compare real net returns instead of a screenshot's gross payout.
