WARDOGS how to level Driver: complete useful ground deliveries, keep the vehicle working and inspect the named Driver XP events. Published Season 2 routes favor connected deliveries and return trips. Exact live rewards still need care because the developer subsequently corrected Driver progression.
Plan the delivery before buying it
- Identify a friendly recipient and what it lacks: construction, ammunition, fuel or transport.
- Check the necessary vehicle and cargo unlocks. Confirm carrying capacity and the current load's actual cost.
- Load cargo that the recipient can use, then choose a route and handover point with your squad.
- Complete the delivery and inspect cash and role XP separately. A dropped object is not proof that its full eligible reward was credited.
- If practical, repair/refuel and return for another requested load. Inspect whether the relevant streak advanced rather than assuming an abandoned truck preserves it.
Three progression costs to distinguish
The published 0.2.0 notes put the Mechanical, Ammo and Fuel pallet unlocks on WARDOG levels 5, 9 and 16, respectively. Those are overall-track gates, not Driver levels. Check each current fee before choosing the next purchase; unlocking all supply types at once is not compulsory.
The original Season 2 ground-pallet row publishes $1,250 cash and 500 XP in the Control Zone, with consecutive-delivery bonuses described separately. Treat those as dated published figures, not a promise of the current backend's final formula. The later developer post confirms Driver fixes without a replacement numerical table. We therefore do not turn the old curve into a guaranteed number of deliveries or hours.
Repairing ground vehicles and artillery activity also moved into Driver in the checked notes. Useful repair work can complement the route, but its exact current per-tick value remains UNSURE here.
WARDOGS how to make money: costs and jobs covers net costs; WARDOGS how to build FOB: placement and supplies covers the destination's resource needs. An old guide telling you to abandon a vehicle after each load misses the changed emphasis on return trips. No in-game testing or guaranteed profit.
