- Three goals: push (raise max stage), loot (resource per hour), boss (first kill or repeat kills).
- Build for the resource you need next. Highest stage is not always best.
- Borge: early glass cannon until about level 5 or 6. First boss builds around levels 27 to 28. Pushloot returns near level 55. Athena at 65, Legacy of Ultima at 70.
- Ozzy: glass cannon until the mid-teens. Pushloot at levels 16 to 19. Stage 200 first kills around level 60. Level 70 is a big transition. Patch .64 added Ozzy stages 401 to 500.
- Knox: early build uses salvo projectiles that carry over. First boss then Timeless, regen 150 and attack 180 to 200 as markers.
- Use a simulator with your real stats. Import without upgrades to compare builds on your own stats.
- Compare breakpoint packages, not +1 levels.
- Boss math: with win chance p, mean attempts to the first win is 1/p, and the chance of at least one win in n tries is 1 - (1-p)^n. At 3 percent and three hours per try, the mean is 33 tries or 100 hours. 23 tries is the median, not the mean.
- Gadgets: Wrench goes with Borge, Zaptron with Ozzy, Anchor with Knox. Choose by which loop limits you.
- Build codes in community collections are candidates, not proof (UNSURE).
Why old comparisons can differ
Single source: the .64 repost reports fixes to offline Ozzy, Borge's post-revival debuffs and Ozzy Shield Break stacks after dodges. Compare builds on the same patch. These fixes do not establish a new best build.

UNSURE marks what this guide hasn't established. Hizzle Guides research from public sources; we don't claim in-game testing unless a page says so.
