Build in this order and do not skip a ship you can already afford:

CIFI: Cradle: costs about 10 Cells. Auto Unlock may rebuild it for you after a reset.
CIFI: Auxesia: about 50 thousand Cells. Opens tech.
CIFI: Zagreus: about 500 million Cells. Opens loops and the Mod Tree.
CIFI: Hephaestus: about 4 octillion Cells (4e27). Opens automation.
CIFI: Demeter: about 5e75 Cells. Opens shards.
CIFI: Koios: about 6e250 Cells. Opens research.
CIFI: Zeus: Academy ship. Cost not yet verified.
CIFI: Ouroboros: locked until later.

After each ship: add crew and spend rank points. See CIFI: Crew and CIFI: Installs. Do not max one ship while the next ship is waiting to be built.
