Phantom Blade Zero Healer's Legacy trophy requires finishing all three healer tales, including Flesh Lily's later Pangzhen scene. Delivering the opening flower is not the end. Single source complete PS5 method: the independent flower guide covers only the beginning.

The herb landmarks are the Axemaster's Holding Cell for Blood-Stopper Vine, the Rusted Loong Key door for Congealeaf, and the valley Long Pillar for Blemish Goldweed. Accept the herb task after Peng Meng, then complete it before crossing its deadline.
For the next tale, find Yu'er at Thieves' Camp. The four wounded thieves are in the small and large caves near Outlaw Trap, below the Cliffside Lodge ladder, and behind the locked Thieves' Camp door. That last rescue needs the dungeon key from beneath the lodge cellar. Return to Yu'er after all four.
Use Phantom Blade Zero how to beat Hua for the flower fight. In Pangzhen, after Chang Hong, enter Yu'er's home ahead and speak to the old man; the sourced finale uses the retained normal Flesh Lily to revive him. Check all three Journal entries afterward.
If it does not unlock
The roadmap's comment section includes an unconfirmed failure report. First check the Pangzhen continuation and failed tales; do not diagnose a proven bug from flower delivery alone. UNSURE: no independently established workaround or latest safe recovery route. Preserve an earlier save rather than overwrite it while investigating.
