Phantom Blade Zero Collector's Notes trophy needs thirty accessories. Use thirty different completed item names on your checklist; loose fragments, medicines and weapon materials are not thirty accessories. Single source method: the PS5 unlock instruction has several acquisition cross-checks, but this complete thirty-item selection has not been independently verified twice.

Before following the thirty targets

Finish Apprentice Healer before defeating Jing Ye. Complete Honor Among Thieves and A Healer's Mercy before Crimson Forest's final boss. These protect Medicine Case, Silent Wrap and Calming Gourd.
In Village of Lu, deliver the Thief's Manual promptly to the wounded thief. His exact death trigger is UNSURE. Choose Do not believe when dealing with the Stately Monk, then return his prayer beads; the other choice can remove that reward.
Keep a return list for Bastion, the furnace crank and later cellar keys. The rows are targets grouped by region, not thirty consecutive opening pickups.
If an individual reward is already lost, use a replacement below. This collection threshold does not require every accessory or every missable reward.

5	Token of Pursuit	Loot the chest beside the archer on the Purge the Sect route at Ruthless Archer Camp.
6	Reflex Device	Install the furnace crank at Valley Sha-Chi Tower Base; use Phantom Blade Zero Inspection Crank location and Phantom Blade Zero how to get Reflex Device for access.
7	Ancient Armor Fragment	Open the hidden Crimson Manor approach with a nearby powderkeg; search its outer yard.
8	Shieldbreaker Talisman	Chest on the scaffold beyond the broken bridge near Abandoned Main Road.
9	Cavalrybane	Lower Zhang's cage, then drop to the chest on the scaffolding below the machinery.
10	Preservation Jar	Combine both talisman fragments: Outlaw Trap's crank cave, then the underground route it opens.
11	Silent Wrap	Finish Honor Among Thieves; answer jade belt, butterfly, and that the letter leaves his fate unknown.
12	Quick Hand Pendant	Free Zhang, then speak with him at his Crimson Forest hideout.
13	Calming Gourd	Rescue all four thieves for A Healer's Mercy and report to Yu'er at Thieves' Camp.
14	Resonance Talisman	Check inventory after Bai Chilian and the transition into Village of Lu.
15	Seal of Dugu	Return after entering Village of Lu; check the encounter on Thieves' Camp's large bridge.
16	Brass Chest Guard	Unlock the camp dungeon with its cellar key; return with Bastion for the arrow-trap chest.
17	Miraculous Scabbard	Win the Gold-Masked encounter at Crimson Forest's Mirrorwood Long Pillar.
18	Jewel's Knot	Chest behind Jewel in her shop.
19	Mother's Talisman	Speak to the Weaver Puppet south of the Temple of Blue Fireflies; from Well of the Three Puppets climb to the upper house and defeat the Village Auntie.
20	Livingwood Talisman	From Smuggler's Treasure Cellar, drop through the courtyards and search the house before the tunnel route.
21	Arrowward	Give the wounded thief the Thief's Manual from the Crimson Forest return.
22	Agarwood Prayer Beads	Choose Do not believe; retrieve Huijue's beads at Weeping Creek Valley's Outpost and return them to the Stately Monk.
23	Fine Thread	Hand in Village of Lu's three Zhang treasures at that hideout; see Phantom Blade Zero Lost and Found: treasures for the local chests.
24	A Puppet's Wooden Heart	Carry the Songstress's letter to Pei, return, inspect Pei's body/note by Engine Giant Remains, then speak to the Songstress again.
25	Remnant Spark Cage	Use Puppet No. 44's Eye at Puppet Testing Grounds; take the Tunnel Cage Key, free the thief for the Cellar Key, then open Smuggler's Treasure Cellar.
26	Flameward	South Gate Bridge plaza: climb to the small right-hand balcony chest.
27	Thunderward	Chest inside the building left of Green Serpent House Bell.
28	Congeal Talisman	Search the end of the slum alley beyond Backstreet Rest, before Narrow Alley Residence's upstairs route.
29	Formless Divine Mirror	With Flaming Mane, burn the path from Pond of Fading Song toward Back Hill/Black Hill Pavilion and check the pavilion chest.
30	Treasure Basin	White Serpent House Dock: chest in the first building on the right. Already own the preorder item? Count it once.

For Silent Wrap, obtain the Nimble Thief's letter on the Outlaw Trap route before answering the camp's quiz. For Remnant Spark Cage, the Eye follows the Mu Xiaokui encounter; finding the cellar before that chain does not supply its key.

Six replacements if a target is missing

These are alternatives to a missing row, not mandatory extra purchases. Mark a replacement only if it adds a different accessory you did not already count.

Battleforged	From Pangzhen Docks enter Meigu Lake; take the left ramp and the ladder inside the left building to its chest.
Sharpshooter's Eye	Defeat the One-Eyed Archer, climb the stairs from the arena and search the house above.

UNSURE: every possible missed-quest replacement and its latest safe timing is not reconciled. Fine Thread has a reader hand-in failure report with no established cause; use an available replacement instead of assuming repeated Bell travel fixes it. No guaranteed cheapest route or universal run budget is claimed.

Do not inflate the count

Treasure Basin's later chest can give Dust when the preorder accessory is already owned. That is not a second item. An accessory assembled from fragments counts as its finished item, not each piece. Fanatic's Obsession is a tempering material, corrected as such in the Meigu route's author comments; leave it off this accessory checklist.

Published guides disagree on initial slot counts and some accessory effect percentages. Those are separate build questions, so this collection route does not resolve them by choosing a convenient number. Polishing an existing item is also separate from acquiring another named accessory.
