Phantom Blade Zero Listen to Every Flower trophy needs ten completed Memory Flowers. Ten scattered petals can leave you short. Finish each named memory's collection card before adding it to your ten-flower checklist. Single source method: the named route below has supporting landmark checks, but two independent complete unlock routes have not been established.

Count memories, not blue pickups

The opening Memory Flower Left by Inanis is complete in one pickup. The separate Inanis' Memory Flower needs six petals. Do not merge those names on your checklist.

A partial card such as 1/6 records progress toward one memory. Complete its denominator, confirm the collection card, then mark that named set finished. The published cards show health rewards of 5%, 7% or 10% for different completed memories. This page does not add those percentages into a promised final health total.

Ten named sets to work through

This is a collection plan, not the fastest possible route. The numbers identify sets, not the order in which every petal is reachable. In particular, return to Crimson Forest after obtaining Bastion.

Set	Complete memory	Petals and landmarks to check
1	Memory Flower Left by Inanis	One whole flower beside the opening Crimson Forest Bell. Confirm the 1/1 card.
2	Fellow Disciples	Three: dogs beyond the broken bridge after Hua Qianxiao; the lower ledge in Zhang's cage cavern; mounted enemy near Outlaw Trap.
3	On Perfect Transcension	Four: below the bridge after Jing Ye; cave beyond Thieves' Camp; Cliffside Lodge cellar; the Bastion-only dungeon exit described below.
4	Stone Hand Iron Fever	Two: near Mirrorwood Entrance, then the rocky overlook beyond Iron Fever's arena.
5	Inanis	Six: gorge beyond Iron Fever; Burial Grounds; woods toward Parting Mists; ledge above the pond; Mirrorwood Depths; the portal-puzzle route.
6	Bai Chilian	Two along the Threadbound Great Tree portal approach: woods and the path toward the fog gateway.
7	Firefly	Six around the Gatekeeper, Covered Bridge shrine and ridge, Engine Giant Remains exit, Temple of Blue Fireflies and the stream beneath its nearby stone bridge. Use Phantom Blade Zero Forbidden Arts Beneath the Lake for the linked quest route.
8	Wulin Fighters	Two: shrine building above The Lady Grounds; landing area after descending the cleared Well of the Three Puppets.
9	Mandate Masters	Three: Master Bi Yuan's arena; Master Bi Hai's arena; attack the figure in the Engine Giant Remains shrine to reveal its pickup.
10	Villagers of Lu	Four: female puppet in the stream; upstream beyond Bi Hai's arena; table in the house beside Terraces; workbench beside Survivors' Courtyard's pit.

The table's petal counts total 33 pickups for these ten sets, including the opening whole flower. That is Hizzle's arithmetic for this selection, not a claim about every Memory Flower in the game. UNSURE: accounts place the Gatekeeper-area Firefly petal on different sides of the encounter. Check the named card and local flower marker rather than assuming the arena victory alone collects it.

Missing the fourth On Perfect Transcension petal?

Collect the Thieves' Camp Dungeon Key in the Cliffside Lodge cellar and open the camp's locked dungeon door.
Continue into Village of Lu and defeat the Gatekeeper to obtain Bastion.
Return to that dungeon. Use Bastion against the crossbow passage leading outside; reaching the earlier two Amber chests does not complete this flower route.
Search the outer cliff near the mounted enemy and collect the remaining petal. Compare the card's completed count, not just its Roman numeral: the published route finds chapter IV before chapter III.

Do not repeatedly search the initial camp route for a petal that needs later equipment. Keep this return alongside the Brass Chest Guard stop in Phantom Blade Zero Collector's Notes trophy.

If the trophy still has not unlocked

Count ten different completed cards, check the active save and confirm each interaction finished. Loading a save from before a pickup means collecting it again. The November 4 PC notes contain general progression fixes, but do not specifically confirm or fix this trophy. Exact PS5 patch parity and platform-specific recovery behavior remain UNSURE; no reset or replay workaround has been verified here.

Planning field	Current scope
Platform/grade	PS5 Bronze; same name and requirement in official Steam data; platform unlock behavior remains separately checked.
Missable	Not among the roadmap's seven missable trophies; selected pickups still need tools and return trips.
Difficulty/time	Hizzle estimate 3/10; exploration time UNSURE, not an in-game measurement.
Players/online	One player; no co-op step described.
DLC/playthrough	Base game; first-run exploration with a Bastion return.
