Phantom Blade Zero The Shattered Mirror trophy requires defeating Bai Chilian at the Crimson Forest finale, including her Sacrificial Serpent continuation. Protect unfinished side tales before committing, then treat her teleport approach and recovery windows separately. Single source trophy method: several combat accounts support the attempt plan, but independent complete platform-unlock verification is not established.
Before entering the grove
Use missable trophy warnings and healer tale guide first. Published regional warnings say defeating Bai Chilian closes unfinished Honor Among Thieves, A Healer's Mercy, Festering Secret and Purge the Sect. Accept Lanlan's Baishan tale before this kill too.
Continue through Mirrorwood's portal route by following the weeping. When the mist clears, activate Threadbound Great Tree and prepare before walking into the flower meadow. Collect the local Memory Flower sets while passing through, and finish the warned-about tales to protect their rewards.
First phase: anticipate the reappearance
Keep the fast blade strings in view and retain enough Sha-Chi for their follow-ups. Her disappearance can lead to a close draining strike and a dangerous red-flash follow-up. GamesRadar recommends a sideways dodge against that sequence; do not start a long combo merely because she has briefly left the screen.
For equipment, Method recommends Outlaw Warblade with Sanguine Twin and short Phantom Edge openings. GamesRadar also recommends Jagged Steel and warns that Outlaw Warblade's self-wounding makes it riskier. Those are author preferences, not a required loadout or Hizzle-tested ranking. Stay with equipment whose mechanics you understand from early build and weapon upgrades.
Second phase: Sacrificial Serpent
- Expect a new phase after the first health bar, rather than assuming the trophy has failed at that transition.
- Defend through the longer attacks and attack when she becomes reachable again. A long animation that was safe earlier may miss when she moves away.
- When stationary giant serpents surround the arena, separate the summon pattern from her moving melee strings. Method recommends destroying the summons to interrupt the area pressure.
- GamesRadar instead describes waiting safely for an assisting illusion to break Sha-Chi. That is conditional advice: UNSURE, the helper's universal spawn requirement and exact timing are not established here. Do not build your only recovery plan around its arrival.
- Keep dodging the moving serpent attacks and wait for a visible recovery. Static summons and a travelling serpent strike do not invite the same response.
GamesRadar reports a checkpoint between phases. That is not a guarantee about quitting, reloading or changing settings. AllThingsHow lists 29,389 HP for phase one and 33,062 for phase two; these remain Single source numeric references, not universal health values independently confirmed for every difficulty or patch.
Rewards and the next region
Published rewards include White Serpent & Crimson Viper, Resonance Talisman and the Broken Illusory Pipa. Confirm the story transition and your trophy list, then use lake quest guide for the later lake quest rather than assuming the broken instrument is already repaired.
