Phantom Blade Zero Phantom and Blade trophy requires completing all five Long Pillar trials in Bloodline Awakening. Touching five pillars without winning their trials is insufficient. Single source explicit PS5 method: the secondary system report is not an independently established PS5 unlock test.
Track the five locations
Find a Long Pillar and interact to begin the tale. If the objective says to return after new discoveries, the detailed pillar report gives a specific unlock: ring the crane Bell at Long Pillar Overlook in Weeping Creek Valley, let its memory finish, then return to a pillar. That report observed no trial prompt until the Bell was rung; we do not claim a different universal trigger. The PS5 roadmap says accepted pillar objectives are marked on the map; use those markers with these region checks:
| Region | Pillar to check |
|---|---|
| Weeping Creek Valley | The valley's first Long Pillar. |
| Crimson Forest | Mirrorwood pillar. |
| Meigu Lake east | Midlake Long Pillar, reached through the orange-lantern cave route. |
| Meigu Lake mirror realm | Phantom Illusionist Ruins pillar; requires mirror access. |
| Pangzhen's Mirage Estate | The later estate pillar, after the region opens. |
At Midlake, the detailed report places the interaction beside the dragon head on the plank walk near the Bell, rather than beside the column in the red pool. Interact at the current prompt and speak to the waiting Man in Black when the trial requires it.
The route reports allow different location orders, but the trial sequence remains fixed. Moving to a different pillar does not guarantee an easier first encounter. The secondary report describes four Gold-Masked One trials followed by Mó Yuan; follow the actual current objective instead of treating every pillar touch as a completed fight. It records a Steam unlock on its fifth win, which does not independently establish current PS5 unlock behavior.
For mirror access, complete the mask steps in Phantom Blade Zero Forbidden Arts Beneath the Lake. After all five wins, check that Bloodline Awakening is complete and inspect the trophy list. Its role in Phantom Blade Zero how to get the true ending does not establish that every other disputed ending prerequisite is unnecessary.
| Planning field | Current scope |
|---|---|
| Platform/grade | PS5 Silver; Matching official Steam name and requirement; method evidence remains as labeled. |
| Missable | Not listed among the roadmap's seven missable trophies; story access still gates the later pillar. |
| Difficulty/time | Hizzle estimate 6/10; five-trial time UNSURE. |
| Players/online | One player; no co-op step described. |
| DLC/playthrough | Base game; first playthrough through late story progression. |
