Rust Place a Furnace achievement

Rust Place a Furnace achievement: deploy the named object in the world. Single source: the checked placement route is one method origin, with current server-credit exceptions unresolved.

Perform the placement action

Select the Furnace and deploy it on a valid surface, leaving room to reach its inventory. Inspect the placed object before attempting a smelting job. This placement task does not state that you must complete an ore-processing run.

Use Rust Craft a Furnace achievement if you still need to make the item. Follow the current valid-placement preview and the binding in your own settings. If the preview is blocked, resolve that placement condition before treating the achievement counter as a failure.

Hizzle recommends checking the first completed placement rather than destroying and rebuilding a working base as a guessed workaround.

Evidence and planning limits

Hizzle's provisional difficulty is 2/10, an editorial estimate from the setup. Exact completion time, server eligibility, counter resets, guest credit and every missable exception remain UNSURE. This basic route has no established paid-DLC requirement. Console Edition has a different catalogue; UNSURE: console trigger parity. Current patch review does not prove an unlock works on every server. Hizzle has not tested this in-game.
