Enshrouded patch notes checked November 5 put the PC-led guide on 1.0.1.2, build 1287369. Hotfix 5 addresses pinned recipes and several crashes; it is not a blanket quest or trophy fix.

The 1.0 notes say players who already earned a root-clearing achievement do not need to unlock it again. For an unfinished one, an early-access location list can omit new roots. Hizzle therefore does not copy an old completed map as a current exhaustive checklist.
The 1.0 dragon encounter has a lower health pool, a melee exhaustion opening and stronger stun-arrow/shock options. It also changed long-range projectile behavior, so old perch strategies are not promised safe spots. Patch 1’s completed-death-state fix is historical context, not evidence of a universal current trophy bug.
Recheck a build's date and intended version before following it. A current article linking an old video does not prove its exploit still works. UNSURE: every platform rollout and every unresolved report. PC fixes are not automatically a verified PS5 trigger timeline.
