Enshrouded how to repair weapons: use a Workbench to restore durability. The checked game-file tutorial describes this route; repairing a worn item is different from increasing its upgrade level.
Before a long trip
- Look at the durability of the weapon and tools you plan to use.
- Use the Workbench's interaction and verify that the relevant bars changed.
- Recheck the kit before leaving, especially if you used a tool for gathering after your last repair.
Hizzle suggests a short repair check beside your inventory sort. It costs less attention than discovering a nearly exhausted tool at the far end of an exploration route.
Official 1.0 notes also mention repairs for equipped shields and wards at world anvils. That does not prove every object or all carried gear repairs through every interaction.
UNSURE: an exhaustive current item/repair-source matrix and exact field-kit behavior. The update removed a misleading repair-kit message, so a familiar popup alone is not sufficient evidence that every item was restored. Check the actual item state.
