Rust Collect 300 Metal Ore achievement

Rust Collect 300 Metal Ore achievement: Gather 300 Metal Ore by mining the matching resource nodes. Single source: one published gathering route has been checked; current counter behavior is not independently verified.

Match the resource before tracking the number

The named target is raw Metal Ore. Smelted Metal Fragments are a different resource, so a furnace output balance is not a substitute for checking the gathering action.

Keep a simple before-and-after note for the intended gathering action. Exact cumulative-versus-held-stack behavior, death/reset scope and whether another player's transfer counts remain UNSURE. A published numerical target is not proof of every counter exception.

The Rust Craft Stone Pickaxe achievement route can support your resource plan. Hizzle recommends checking the basic goal before spending on a much larger gathering project.

Evidence and planning limits

Hizzle's provisional difficulty is 2/10, an editorial estimate from the setup. Exact completion time, server eligibility, counter resets, guest credit and every missable exception remain UNSURE. This basic route has no established paid-DLC requirement. Console Edition has a different catalogue; UNSURE: console trigger parity. Current patch review does not prove an unlock works on every server. Hizzle has not tested this in-game.
