Craft the item yourself

Find Eoka in the crafting interface and inspect its current requirements. The older author lists 75 wood and 30 metal fragments. Treat those as historical figures until your console menu agrees; PC recipes and patch changes do not establish console costs.

Hizzle recommends bringing only the materials needed for the attempt and keeping enough inventory space to identify the output. Start the craft and let it finish. Finding or receiving a gun is a different action from the published crafting route. Despite the trophy's name, the historical method does not require crafting a machine gun.
