Check that learning is possible

Double Eleven's October 27 notice grants all blueprints on official servers for October's wipe and announces resets for the next two wipes. Its November 4 notice does not establish the present blueprint state. Automatic access is not demonstrated learning credit. If everything is already unlocked, this route has no unlearned plans to work on. Changing servers is not an established trophy workaround.

Research and learn, as separate actions

1. Bring back a researchable item whose plan you do not know. Keep important equipment aside: researching consumes the item in the historical console explanation.
2. Use a research table and inspect its displayed scrap cost before committing. The copied guide's flat 75-scrap workshop advice conflicts with the other route; no current universal price is asserted.
3. Complete research. If it produces a blueprint item, select its displayed study or learn action, then check that the recipe is available. Producing a plan and learning it are separate steps in the historical player explanation.
4. Record newly learned plans toward 50. The older PS4 author warns that the count is tied to one character/server. Stay with that scope; current transfer and wipe exceptions remain UNSURE.

Hizzle recommends checking each completed learning action before budgeting for another run. Repeating an already known plan is not established new credit. Steam's separate research achievement and November PC changes do not prove this console counter.
