1. Use the regional spire and your current exploration map to find the obelisk markers.
2. Travel to the first marker and read its lore interaction. Seeing the marker from elsewhere is not the reading step.
3. Prepare for the Shroud before pursuing the other entry. Read it, then inspect both your journal and platform achievement.

Do not confuse the landmark categories

The Ancient Spire is a climb and travel point. An Ancient Obelisk is the readable landmark used by this award. The tutorial says its revelations identify hidden roots and Flame Shrines, so do this reading before building a much longer cleanup route.
