Minecraft: Iron Man trophy guide

Wear iron armor in all four armor slots. Status: Verified.

PS5 trophy details

• Grade: Bronze. Set: Base game. No separately purchased DLC is implied by the catalogue's expansion-pack label.
• Missable: no story-ending lockout; the task can be repeated in an eligible Survival world. Eligibility can still be lost through settings.
• Difficulty: 2/10, Hizzle editorial estimate. Time: UNSURE. Hidden flag: UNSURE.
• Players: Solo route described; online play is not required by this method. Online required: no for the described route; local play can be used for the two-player tasks.
• Roadmap: early phase of Minecraft PS5 Platinum trophy roadmap.

What to do

1. Smelt 24 iron ingots for a helmet, chestplate, leggings and boots.
2. Craft each piece at a table using the recipe book.
3. Equip all four iron pieces together in the correct armor slots.

Before you repeat it

Holding the equipment in your inventory is insufficient. A mixed suit with a gold helmet does not count as a full iron set.

Evidence and editions

Mojang's official data or mechanic explanation and the independently maintained Minecraft Wiki agree on this method. Bedrock 26.60 patch notes were reviewed; no change invalidating the described method was identified. This is research verification, not an in-game PS5 unlock test. PS4 players should use this method only for a matching trophy in their own stack; see Minecraft PS5 vs PS4 trophy differences. Xbox points and Java advancement equivalence are not established by this PS5 record.
