Minecraft trophy not unlocking: safe checks

First check the right profile, the right game version and an eligible world. A failed notification alone does not prove that a trophy is permanently broken.

Work through this order

1. Open the console trophy list and confirm whether the trophy is already recorded. Sync it if needed.
2. Confirm that you are viewing the PS5 or PS4 stack you actually played. A local guest and your main profile are different earners.
3. Inspect the world's eligibility. Read Minecraft trophy world settings and eligibility before changing cheats, Creative or experiments.
4. Re-read the exact final action: personally take a crafted output, complete a trade, collect the item, or deliver the killing hit. Preparation and trigger are often separate.
5. Save, leave normally and reload before a safe repeat. Use a small harmless action rather than immediately fighting another boss.
6. Record your platform, installed build, world settings, date and the steps attempted. Look for a matching current Mojang issue rather than applying a random old workaround.
