What to do

1. Prepare a diamond sword and a Strength II potion. For the potion, brew nether wart into water, add blaze powder for Strength, then glowstone dust for Strength II.
2. Find an unarmored hostile mob on safe ground and drink Strength II. Avoid Weakness or another damage-reducing condition.
3. Land a deliberate melee critical hit by attacking while falling from a jump; allow the attack to connect once.

Before you repeat it

Nine hearts is 18 damage. Bedrock diamond-sword damage plus Strength II and a falling critical exceeds that target under the cited damage rules; repeated ordinary hits do not add together. This is a researched setup, not a current PS5 unlock test.
