Phantom Blade Zero Blossom of False Salvation requires leaving Village of Lu for Pangzhen. Finish the Heartless Remnants route, open Puppet No. 44 with its Eye and follow the Smuggler's Tunnel through to the new region. Open the route beneath the village

The well stays sealed while its red threads remain. Progress the village's main objectives and destroy Sect Leader He's remaining body. Once the game announces that the threads are gone, return to Well of the Three Puppets, enter the opening and continue underground.

Follow the story through Yuzan and Mu Xiaokui. Mu's reward supplies Puppet No. 44's Eye, the item needed for the blocked passage. Phantom Blade Zero The Four Freed trophy covers Yuzan's place in a different four-boss requirement; Phantom Blade Zero Will We Meet Again? trophy explains Mu's encounter and optional-stage uncertainty.

Take the onward passage, not just its side room

1. Return to the blocked Smuggler's Tunnel route at Puppet Testing Grounds and use the Eye.
2. Follow the wooden walkway. Its candle-lit puppet-base branch contains loot; the mine passage is the onward route toward Pangzhen.
3. At the large winch lift, walk around the machinery to board from its accessible side. The authored route describes the platform activating when boarded; it does not require repeatedly pulling an inactive nearby switch.
4. Leave the lift at its upper stop, open the onward door and follow the plank route to Hidden Passage to Pangzhen Bell.
5. Continue through the passage's doors into Pangzhen, then check Steam. Reaching the Bell inside the tunnel and entering the next region are different checkpoints.

Report back before you leave

Check Phantom Blade Zero Together Till the End trophy and Phantom Blade Zero A Wanderer's Honor trophy for Old Man Gen and Lan Shaodi before crossing onward. Their return conversations are separate side-tale work; the story achievement does not protect those quests for you. The tunnel's cage, Cellar Key and optional puppet-base treasure are also distinct tasks, not extra official conditions added here.

Exact transition timing and missed-unlock recovery remain UNSURE. Published chapter numbers differ between guide indexes, so use the quest and Bell names rather than treating a chapter number as a gate.
