Follow the Outpost route

1. After Jagged Steel's fight, leave Rustblade Pavilion by the stairs and continue to Outpost Courtyard.
2. Clear the approach to the main gate. Speak with its guard to introduce Soul and gain entry.
3. Find Forge and the Outpost Bell inside. Continue the main objective toward Peng Meng, whose fight supplies Dread Axe; Phantom Blade Zero The Axe's Grudge trophy covers that encounter.
