Rust Shipshape achievement

Rust Shipshape achievement: build a player-made boat and mount it. Single source: the checked method builds a boat with a hull, steering wheel, propulsion and other listed fittings, then mounts the finished vessel. The minimum accepted part combination is not independently established.

Separate the workshop from the finished boat

Deploy a Boat Building Station in suitable water and use the Boat Building Plan for boat pieces. Fit a usable helm and propulsion following the current menu. The published achievement route includes an engine and sails; Hizzle does not claim either can always be omitted for credit.

The checked station recipe is 200 Wood and one Tarp at Workbench Level 1. The boat plan costs 20 Wood at Level 1. A Steering Wheel costs 100 Wood at Level 1; a Small Boat Engine costs 50 Low Grade Fuel, five High Quality Metal and two Gears at Level 2. These are separate dated recipes, not a total hull budget.

Mount the completed vessel and inspect credit. Facepunch's March update added static editing stations on Deep Sea islands; that does not mean every deployment/edit mode works anywhere at sea. Confirm blueprint access and keep a return route.

Hizzle's 4/10 difficulty is an editorial setup estimate. Completion time, current server eligibility, resets, shared credit and every missable exception remain UNSURE unless resolved above. No paid pack is established by this published route; item access and blueprint availability must still be checked. Console Edition has a different catalogue. Hizzle has not tested the method in-game.
