Rust Buckle Up achievement: start a fully repaired car with all T3 parts. Single source: the checked route fits High Quality engine parts and repairs the vehicle before starting it. Filling every chassis module slot is an additional author-reported condition, not an independently proven hidden rule.
Inspect every engine slot and vehicle condition
Install the required High Quality Valves, Pistons, Spark Plugs, Carburetor and Crankshaft in the actual engine slots. Repair the chassis/modules, add appropriate fuel and start the car. A running car with lower-tier parts is not the same requirement.
The current item tables list these per-craft costs at Workbench Level 3:
| High Quality part | Metal Fragments per item |
|---|---|
| Carburetor | 170 |
| Crankshaft | 120 |
| Pistons | 120 |
| Spark Plugs | 120 |
| Valves | 120 |
These are individual item costs, not proof that one of each fills every engine configuration. Count the slots in your own engine and check blueprint access before crafting. Exact acceptable module layouts and whether fuel/repair changes after starting affect credit remain UNSURE.
Planning and evidence
Equipment/DLC: No paid pack is established for the published route.
Other players: No helper is stated by the requirement.
Hizzle's 4/10 difficulty is an editorial setup estimate. Completion time, current server eligibility, reset/shared credit and every missable exception remain UNSURE unless stated above. The Steam group/card label does not prove equipment needs no DLC. Console Edition has a different catalogue. A patch review is not an in-game test; Hizzle has not tested this method.

UNSURE marks what this guide hasn't established. Hizzle Guides research from public sources; we don't claim in-game testing unless a page says so.
