Rust Power Trip achievement

Rust Power Trip achievement: insert a Heavy Fuse at Power Plant. Single source: the published route uses the new special fuse boxes. The developer distinguishes Heavy Fuses from ordinary puzzle fuses and describes multiple unlock thresholds.

Match the fuse to the special box

Obtain a Heavy Fuse through normal loot, reach the relevant Power Plant box and insert it using the current interface. Inspect the box, grid state and achievement result. Do not assume an ordinary Electric Fuse in a green-card puzzle is the same action.

The checked official update says different systems require different amounts of restored power. This draft does not turn one inserted fuse into a promise that the whole island is powered, or adopt an approximate eighteen-fuse route as a universal requirement.

October's patch says Heavy Fuse lifespan scales with population: four times longer at ten or fewer players, returning to the stated baseline at 100 or more, with server configuration options. That is a lifespan rule, not a fixed fuse count or a guarantee of how long your current box remains powered. Exact achievement credit, depleted-fuse handling and shared insertion remain UNSURE.

Planning and evidence

Other players: No additional player is stated by the requirement.

Hizzle's 3/10 difficulty is an editorial setup estimate. Completion time, current server eligibility, resets, shared credit and every missable exception remain UNSURE unless resolved above. No paid pack is established by this published route; item access and blueprint availability must still be checked. Console Edition has a different catalogue. Hizzle has not tested the method in-game.
