Rust Rent is due achievement

Rust Rent is due achievement: rent an Apartment Complex room. Single source: the checked route speaks to the lobby receptionist and rents a room. The developer separately documents ongoing payment at the room's door.

Rent the room and inspect its funding

Find the Apartment Complex, talk to its receptionist and read the offered room options and displayed cost. Complete the normal rental interaction, confirm the room and inspect credit. Check the slot beside the door for ongoing Scrap funding so that the new room is not immediately treated as permanent free storage.

Facepunch warns that failing to fund rent can lead to eviction and loss of belongings. Exact current room prices, rental period, server multipliers and the achievement's payment checkpoint remain UNSURE in this draft.

The same announcement discusses rentable shops with different contract rules. Those shop minimums are not automatically apartment-room requirements. Hizzle recommends checking the actual room offer before committing an inventory; it does not promise that merely opening a shop contract satisfies this room-rental goal.

Planning and evidence

Other players: No additional player is stated by the requirement.

Hizzle's 2/10 difficulty is an editorial setup estimate. Completion time, current server eligibility, resets, shared credit and every missable exception remain UNSURE unless resolved above. No paid pack is established by this published route; item access and blueprint availability must still be checked. Console Edition has a different catalogue. Hizzle has not tested the method in-game.
