Rust No refunds achievement: make a purchase from the travelling vendor. Single source: the checked method locates the road-travelling vendor and uses the shop at its vehicle. A normal completed purchase is the intended action.

Read the actual offer before paying

Locate the travelling vendor through the current map or road event, approach its shop interface and select an available ordinary purchase. Read the price, complete the transaction and check that you received the item, then inspect achievement credit.

The older source describes spending Scrap at the vehicle's rear shop. October introduced vendor bartering mechanics too, so this draft does not treat every current trade as an identical transaction or invent a cheapest qualifying price. Exact barter-credit parity remains UNSURE.

Hizzle recommends buying something useful to the session rather than spending on repeated transactions as a guessed fix. Static vending machines, player shops and the Apartment Complex receptionist are different interactions; purchasing there is not proven to satisfy this travelling-vendor requirement.
