Rust Space Junk achievement: bring a satellite out of orbit. Single source: the published route uses Launch Site's satellite terminal after providing power. The developer explicitly includes an aiming module and thruster/lock-in controls.

Operate the satellite terminal

Inspect whether the Satellite Control Computer at Launch Site has sufficient grid power and meet its current displayed requirements. Bring an aiming module as documented by Facepunch, take control of a satellite, use the thruster controls to choose its crash location and lock in the descent. Inspect achievement credit after performing the deorbit action.

The older guide mentions Tech Trash and an approximate Heavy Fuse setup. UNSURE: current Tech Trash cost, exact required power tier and fuse count. The official power system has multiple thresholds; October also changes fuse lifespan with population. Do not budget a universal eighteen fuses from an old walkthrough.

Selecting a satellite and actually initiating its descent are different actions. Current shared-terminal credit, interrupted controls and whether crate looting adds any trigger condition remain UNSURE. This draft does not require fighting for the resulting loot as an unproven extra step.

Planning and evidence

Other players: No additional player is stated by the requirement.

Hizzle's 5/10 difficulty is an editorial setup estimate. Completion time, current server eligibility, resets, shared credit and every missable exception remain UNSURE unless resolved above. No paid pack is established by this published route; item access and blueprint availability must still be checked. Console Edition has a different catalogue. Hizzle has not tested the method in-game.

UNSURE marks what this guide hasn't established. Hizzle Guides research from public sources; we don't claim in-game testing unless a page says so.
