Phantom Blade Zero A World Gone Hollow requires solving the Serpent Head Lock in Green Serpent House. Collect the Tongue, Fang and Eye, then insert them at the door in Pangzhen. Single source complete unlock draft: acquisition routes have cross-checks, but a second independent achievement-trigger record remains missing.

Prepare the fire tool and boat

Restore Flaming Mane through the Lion Dance Hall story and Lei Dang at Jingyang Hall. The dormant reward alone is not the finished exploration tool. Phantom Blade Zero Lion's Spirit Lives On trophy keeps the disputed boss mechanics separate from that story handover.

You also need the boat from Sha-Chi Powered Boat for the island visit. This is a return-trip quest, so seeing the Green House door before you can reach every piece does not establish a bug.

Collect the three pieces

Open the Green House lock

Return to Green Serpent House Bell in Pangzhen and enter the hall containing the serpent-faced door. Use its interaction and supply all three relics. All Things How records the achievement when the last piece opens the door and The Heart's Trail finishes. Follow the prompts actually shown; this is not a timed combat input.

Pause before advancing into Mirage Estate. Phantom Blade Zero how to get the true ending and Phantom Blade Zero missable trophies: early gates cover the earlier quest cutoffs. Opening a route and choosing to continue through its warning are different decisions. Do not trade unfinished side-tale work for an assumed achievement shortcut.
