Track what you actually eat

Locate coconuts through normal island exploration, identify the Coconut item and consume ten while checking progress. The primary item description confirms that it is food that restores hydration and calories; this draft does not infer achievement credit from collecting or selling it.

Keep a count of completed consumption actions rather than counting inventory transfers. If a full food/hydration state prevents an action in your current build, inspect the menu instead of assuming an item was consumed merely because you selected it.

Current cumulative-versus-single-session behavior, death/server resets and teammate-provided items remain UNSURE. Hizzle does not promise a fixed island spawn count, respawn timer or calorie total. The named ten-item goal is separate from the older full-food and full-hydration achievements.
