Farming Simulator 25 how to buy land: open the menu's map or farmland view, select the parcel you want, choose Buy, then confirm the displayed price. Select the land parcel, not merely a crop filter.

Complete the purchase

1. Open the game menu and its map/farmland view.
2. Select the parcel containing the field or building site you want.
3. Check its boundaries, price and your farm's remaining money.
4. Choose Buy and confirm. Return to the map and verify ownership before sending a worker.

The official manual confirms that buying land enables your farming and building there. Contract work on somebody else's land is a separate permission; it does not give you ownership.

When Buy is unavailable

In multiplayer, ask the farm manager to check your land-purchase permissions; the manual explicitly allows hosts to control them. Check available cash and whether the parcel is actually purchasable. A grey or decorative area is not proof that every adjoining road belongs to the same sale.
