Worked out by Hizzle: revenue minus seed, fertilizer, lime where needed, fuel, wages, lease charges and other attributable expenses gives a more useful operating result than a selling-price screenshot. For an explicitly hypothetical sale of 8,000 units with 2,300 in job costs, the remaining operating amount is 5,700. Those invented figures explain subtraction; they are not FS25 crop prices or a promised return.

The official manual supports contracts, storage for later sales and checking the prices screen. Use your actual selling-point quote and accepted fill type. A high price per1,000 liters, a high yield per hectare and a high profit per hour are three different comparisons.

Expand where the bottleneck is

If transport is slow, another specialized harvester may not help. If seed and wage costs exhaust cash, a larger field can make the immediate problem worse. Hizzle suggests using one completed cycle's records to identify the next purchase.
