Rust Glutton achievement: Fill the food bar completely by eating suitable food. The published route uses ordinary food such as crops near rivers; no rare consumable or paid pack is established for this basic action.
Read the actual food gauge while eating rather than counting a fixed number of meals. Hizzle has not verified one universal crop count, because the starting gauge and current item values can differ.
Plan this alongside an ordinary food supply. If the full gauge does not register, retain the server/version and action details rather than assuming repeated overeating is a guaranteed workaround.
Evidence and planning limits
Hizzle's provisional difficulty is 2/10, an editorial estimate from the setup. Exact completion time, server eligibility, counter resets, guest credit and every missable exception remain UNSURE. This basic route has no established paid-DLC requirement. Console Edition has a different catalogue; UNSURE: console trigger parity. Current patch review does not prove an unlock works on every server. Hizzle has not tested this in-game.
