Rust On The Deck achievement: land a Minicopter on an oil-rig helipad. Single source: the checked route approaches either oil rig in a Minicopter and lands on its helipad. It is a landing goal, not a requirement to open every loot crate.

Prepare the aircraft and destination

Practice the controls somewhere suitable before carrying a valuable load. Obtain a functioning aircraft, enough fuel for your intended trip and a way to leave. Inspect the rig and approach so that scientists or other players do not become a surprise during the landing.

The older guide gives a fixed Bandit Camp purchase price. Hizzle does not treat that as a current quote: October's official patch says Air Wolf stops selling air vehicles until its helipad is repaired. Check the actual vendor state and current offer before budgeting.

Reach the oil-rig helipad, complete the landing and inspect Steam credit. A helper clearing the area is a published suggestion, not a proven requirement. Current pilot-versus-passenger credit, damaged-aircraft acceptance and exact landing bounds remain UNSURE. Use Rust Thread the Needle achievement for the separate Cargo Ship landing goal.

Planning and evidence

Equipment/DLC: No paid pack is established for the published route.

Other players: A helper can scout the landing area; the requirement does not state a minimum group.

Hizzle's 5/10 difficulty is an editorial setup estimate. Completion time, current server eligibility, reset/shared credit and every missable exception remain UNSURE unless stated above. The Steam group/card label does not prove equipment needs no DLC. Console Edition has a different catalogue. A patch review is not an in-game test; Hizzle has not tested this method.

Sources we checked

UNSURE marks what this guide hasn't established. Hizzle Guides research from public sources; we don't claim in-game testing unless a page says so.
