Keep both conditions in the attempt

Use a train-tunnel entrance shown on the current map, locate a usable work cart and supply its required fuel. Travel the underground route and defeat Tunnel Dwellers while the cart is moving, checking progress toward ten.

The source identifies Low Grade Fuel for its cart route. Inspect the cart's own inventory and controls before leaving a platform; this draft does not assign a fixed fuel budget or guarantee a cart at every station.

Hizzle recommends distinguishing the named Tunnel Dwellers from other AI enemies and avoiding assumptions about kills made after dismounting or while stopped. Exact speed thresholds, passenger credit, assisted kills and cumulative/reset behavior remain UNSURE. Use Rust Something of a scientist myself achievement for the separate Scientist target rather than combining the counters automatically.
