Rank Points are earned by ranking up ships and spent on that ship's installs.

- Each ship rank gives 1 Rank Point.
- A ship's rank comes from what that ship tracks. Cradle ranks from generator purchases, Auxesia from tech purchases, Zagreus from completed loops, Demeter from operations, Koios from studies, Zeus from missions.
- Spend points on that ship's Installs.
- Points are not refundable as far as anyone has found (unverified). Plan before you spend.
- A native Install Loadouts setup spends your points for you in a saved order.
- Some Mod Tree nodes give instant Rank Points. See Mod Branch: Ships and Crew. Only buy those if you will use the point.
